Anna Henderson finished ninth in the women’s race of Flanders Finest. Earlier last week, Christophe Laporte rode solo to victory in Dwars door Vlaanderen. The 30-year-old Frenchman broke away from the leading group after great preparatory work by teammate Tiesj Benoot. In Dwars door Vlaanderen for women, Marianne Vos secured a podium place.
