On Sunday, Tobias Foss caused a resounding surprise by winning the world time trial championships. In Wollongong, Australia, he beat all his competitors and was the fastest. The golden race was the first professional victory in international cycling for the Norwegian from Team Jumbo-Visma. Time to look back!
